Looked up going price on their website the nght before to figure out where to take my two lads of tin. They were definitely lower paying but factor in fuel to other yards decided to go to CCM. They paid only 75% of the listed price and I would have been way better off making the drive elsewhere. This place is a rip off.

You have to know the rules of engagement to navigate through the yard. The staff are always friendly, they take safety seriously like we all should. I just want to find something big and heavy to scrap.

Currently on 1-5 and one of their trucks has been flinging scrap metal on the highway and it almost hit our car right after metal almost hit a truck in front of us! The tops of the trucks need to be covered so debris and metals don’t fly out and injure someone or cause property damage. The piece that almost hit our car was about a foot long and sounded pretty solid when it hit the highway. We had our kids in the car and were all nervous about other materials flying out and hitting our car. We were at least 2-3 car lengths behind and in the next lane over, but the wind carried the metal rapidly and threw it toward our vehicle and another truck.
