Previous: I was looking for an interior handle for the driver's side of my 2002 Miata. This place had the handle according to a website. So I called them, and the guy on the phone confirmed that they had it. I then asked him if it was chrome plated or black, because I wanted chrome plated. He said it was chrome plated, so I placed an order. It just arrived and it is... black. Update: Sierra made good on the refund. Communication with Joe was excellent. And he's right, it was an honest mistake, and I should have contacted him about it first instead of leaving a poor review. Changing it to five stars.

There's a little bit of everything here. Some of the best picking I've ever done for the 2 vehicles I repaired out of this yard in 2016 and 2017. 2017 I was able to upgrade and repair some parts on my 1997 E250 before heading back to Ohio. 2016 I had broken my 94 Safari in Death Valley and the staff and manager at the time were so beyond helpful getting me back on the road. Hopefully Warren is a lifelong friend to me. I know that he doesn't work for the yard any longer but I'd like to think the next crew would be just as accommodating.

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a wrecking yard in 10 years of being in the automotive business. Joe went above and beyond for me on a $100 order. Found my part which wasn’t easy, arranged shipping, followed up every step of the way with a phone call and email(rarely happens in this business especially on small orders), and saved me a lot of time and money.
