They are the Best. I was so upset,I could hardly function, but before I started to cry. Ms Carry, patiently, explained the situation to me, & I was instantly relieved, to have my Van in capable hands... They kept it safe, & worked with me. Now I'm back in the driver's seat. I keep their business card on my dashboard recently had a friend that needed towing and remembered my business card on the dashboard called them up. I know they’re out of town but they sent me a referral that referral got me a great price that’s good business and I really appreciate them for doing that thank you SWAT towing for coming through again. God bless for honest service to the community with pricing and actually action. Thank you. Thank YOU Charles for being so kind and helpful to us tonight! We were stranded in our RV with a blown tire, in the dark, on the side of I-5, in a place we do not know. . I found SWAT on google and Charles answered the phone right away. He gave us options of a tow or even gave us another tire shop service to call first. When they couldn’t help us, I called SWAT back and he was to us to help within the hour and towed us to the local Les Schwab for the night. He was kind, efficient, helpful with other information and even gave us some good ideas for breakfast the next day. Thank you for making our very stressful situation, seem not so bad on our first day of road trip to Phoenix. If we lived in town - we would definitely call him again for help if we needed it !! Can’t thank you enough.
