I'm really disappointed that they aren't able to meet promised deadlines for deliveries. I ordered a used transmission from them over the phone and requested that they have it delivered the following morning to a shop that was only 4 miles away from them. Thought it was a good deal and it was an easy job. Following morning I call my shop to confirm if they received the transmission and they inform me that they haven't. I assume it's a small delay so I call Import Auto Supply back and they say that the transmission is only 20 minutes away. Informed my shop, didn't think much of it. Later that afternoon, I get another call from my shop and they inform me that the transmission still hasn't arrived. I call Import Auto again and they claim the delivery driver messed up and it should be showing up soon. 20 more minutes. 45 minutes pass and I pull the plug and call to cancel the order... A few minutes after that, my shop informs me that the transmission arrived but I'd already put in an order somewhere else so I tell them to turn it away. No idea if it was a good transmission or not. But if they aren't able to deliver things in a timely manner, I'd question the quality of the parts they stock as well.

There service was good up to the point where the motor they sent out had a blown head gasket after they told me that all cylinders had 120 compression, called and asked for partial refund to help with the heads had no problem refunding some of the money, then noticed that the block needed to be redecked and they wouldn’t refund the money to help pay for it. Unhappy with the service.
