I recently had to call Brown's Towing when my truck broke down, and from the first phone call to drop-off at the shop, the experience was outstanding. Steve, the driver who came out, was right on time, extremely professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He handled everything with calm confidence, took great care with my truck, and made a stressful situation feel easy. What really impressed me is how this company has been around since I was a kid—and after dealing with them today, it's easy to see why they'll still be here when my own kids are driving. From the moment someone answered the phone to the friendly drop-off, every interaction was top-notch: courteous, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I would never call these guys I got a flat tire all they could do was tow my truck back to whare they came from and charged me over 500 dollars there was a tire shop 15 miles the other direction the only option I had was get my truck impounded or take it 50 back whare he cane from not 15 miles to a tire shop so he could charge 500 dollars hwy robbery?? I allways thought they would tow u to nearest repair facility if you can't dont respond to the call dee da dee.

Kudos and many thanks to Juan for making a 360 mile round trip to pick me up and deliver my car safely to Chico… on a Sunday, on one of the hottest days of the year… and when the dealership was closed and gates locked at 11pm, pick me up from my hotel the next morning to get me to the dealership for repairs. Truly above and beyond service! Thank you again!
