Genuinely one of the WORST experiences and treatment I’ve ever received. I placed a request for roadside assistance and called to check the eta which is a service that they say they provide.. when I first got on the phone the lady got me confused with someone else and said “we just got this call 45 mins ago” we had been waiting 2 hours at this point. She told me the driver would be calling in a few minutes I got quiet for a second while searching for the words to say “that’s not what I called for” and she hung up. I called back asked why she hung up she proceeded to say I didn’t respond to her (I took 2 seconds and began speaking as she hung up) so I moved forward and said I did call for an eta not a general answer like the one she provided at this point my mother has been waiting 2 hours and I’m the one receiving attitude. Ridiculous. So I called her out on it and explained that if I’m a PAYING customer and she’s a PAID employee the least she can do is speak to me with kindness. She then proceeds to say how do I know she’s getting paid.. (very strange response) and hangs up on me again blocks me. I was able to get ahold of another person to speak with explained the issue and she was able to help me out with the remainder of the service. When the tow truck did arrive I explained to the tow truck driver that we already got help from AAA as we were waiting for them for over 3 hours to which the tow truck driver responds with “I just got the call not even 45 mins ago” so I’m not sure if this is their typical response when avoiding the truth or what but I can say please save your self the extra headache it’s already enough of a pain to have car trouble then to deal with some rude money hungry people on top of it is horrible.

My son was in a terrible accident. Both the person who answered the phone and the tow truck driver were very helpful. I was super stressed and they remained calm and professional. I truly appreciate their courtesy and kindness.

Excellent service getting someone else's car removed from my property. Highly recommend. Update: ATCO towed another vehicle today off my property. So fast, on time & courteous. I've seen alot of towing in my time & these guys are pros!
