I had to deal with the stressful situation of having my car towed and impounded, which is never something anyone wants to go through. Even though it ended up costing me quite a bit of money to get my car back, I have to say that the people at Circle City Towing treated me with a lot of kindness and respect during the whole process. From the moment I spoke with them, they were professional, patient, and genuinely understanding about my situation. The gentleman who helped me, Javier, was especially kind and respectful. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I understood what I needed to do. Instead of making a difficult day worse, he actually helped ease the stress by being calm, friendly, and very professional. You could tell they deal with frustrated people all the time, but Javier still treated me like a person and not just another ticket or tow. That kind of attitude goes a long way when you're already having a rough day. No one enjoys paying tow fees, but if you ever find yourself needing help or dealing with a tow situation, it makes a big difference when the staff is respectful and compassionate. I really appreciate the way everything was handled and the professionalism they showed. Let me tell you what, i thought most ppl & businesses in California lacked a certain level of empathy until i went to circle city towing. My car was involved in an accident & i did not know how much i was being charged per day. They communicated effectively & helped resolve this issue in a timely matter. I know they say everyone works as a team here but Javier & Danny made sure this situation was not as stressful as it could’ve been.
