I cannot recommend Roy and Dot's towing enough. After a traumatic accident, their team was very responsive, professional, and caring about my situation. They dispatched very efficiently to my location and made the process of towing my car my smallest concern on such a terrible day. My driver Danny was very kind, communicative, and made sure that my car was taken care of with extreme professionalism and kindness. The service and professionalism that I received from driver Harry was greatly appreciated. He was quick, but yet extremely safe while hooking up to my semi truck and 53 foot trailer only 2 feet from oncoming traffic on a major highway. He was very knowledgeable, and my needs were met as his #1 priority. His driving skills were outstanding and I felt very safe as we drove to our destination. My car wouldn't start up. I was stranded. I took a chance not knowing the area and gave Roy & Dots a call. I'm so happy they answered and was available. They constantly kept in contact with me and giving me notifications. A very polite man, Gabriel, arrived and was polite, helpful and very professional. You can tell he took pride in his job. He towed my car to the dealership. I would highly recommend. Professional and well trained employees definitely says a lot about company! This is a company I would definitely keep around in my address book. Thank you!
