It is our fault for our car getting towed. But when we simply asked for what liability insurance they were working with just so we have the legal documents should anything happens. Nancy immediately said we were accusing them doing something illegal in which was never brought up. At the end of the day, nobody wanted to be here on a Sunday noon nor nobody is being difficult. We understand private business can do what you want or treat your customers how you want, but it speaks a lot at the end of day how you treat a customer when they are asking for the information they deserve in a professional way.

I had just bought a car only had it for 2mo and for the time i had it this tow truck was all ways around looking at this car we're i live every day i come home i cont park my car without them putting a tad on it so when I came out to get it my car I was towed and now i don't see it around here anymore it's a scam so they can get a car that they can sell security guard that works in our complex in the tow truck drivers is family that's what happened to me Golden gate toll is what stole my car so if you have a nice looking car don't trust me if you see a tow truck keep running around by your car watch out cuz they want it so they can get it and steal it
