Good prices but lady that answered my call was extremely pushy and rude, asked a question of copper prices and she answers it and when I was gonna ask another one she sounded annoying and immediately cut me off and hanged up on me. Keep in mind this was a phone call that lasted about 15 seconds, costumer service needs to do better.

First time here to recycle some metal. I pulled in and stopped at the stop sign there, like it said to. It was busy. I wasn't sure where to go or if I was supposed to sit there until someone approached and helped me. Well, I sat there for a few minutes, and no one approached. So I made a left from the stop sign and found a parking spot that was open. I saw all the other spots had employees helping them, so I waited my turn. Other cars left and new cars arrived and were helped right away. Not me though, I continued to stand there looking like a fool. Five minutes went by, then a few more and no one was helping mee. Cars that arrived after me were helped though already. I saw an employee with a bright yellow vest on and raised my arms, trying to summon the assistance all other before me and after me were getting. He noticed me and turned and walked the other way. I think he did find someone for me, because a few minutes after that, an employee came over to help me finally with a cart and 2 barrels. My items were loaded into the barrels and pushed to the scales. They were weighed and a receipt printed. The employee there said nothing but "ID?" to me. A receipt was printed and handed to me. Not exactly sure where to go, I looked for a cashier and saw the sign in the distance. I walked into there and the cashier was on the phone. She patted the counter, indicating to hand my receipt through. I did. She said there was State Law that I couldn't be paid immediately, I would have to come back in 3 days to be paid. I understood and left the cashier area. I returned to my truck to find someone stacked recycling barrels directly behind it while I was away. No big deal I guess. I made my way out feeling like an outcast and glad I didn't have to visit there a lot. I do have to make another trip to get my money, but that will probably be my last time, even though I am local. Just telling my story, not trying to make trouble. Watch where you step and drive too. There are a lot of remnant pieces of metal on the ground your tires would not appreciate. I picked up a piece, I could hear it as I drove out. I stopped and saw it wasn't deep enough to puncture, just wedged in the treads. Returned 3 days later to get my cash, parking was easier. There was a small line at the cashier. The cashier had me sign, took my photo, my thumbprint and handed me my receipt. I was then instructed to walk over to a modular container with two ATMs in it, scan my receipt and finally, my cash was dispensed. No metal in my tires this time and I got my cash. All done
