I’m a contractor that uses their services frequently for 10 yard and 40 yard dumpsters. They use a call center in India or somewhere in that region, worst experience every single time trying to get dumpsters scheduled. This last time I waited for 30 minutes to be told they can’t schedule a pick up because something is wrong with their system and call back in a couple hours. If they didn’t have a monopoly in Huntington Beach we wouldn’t use them specifically over the struggle of ordering. Only reason gave 2 stars is because I like the driver that delivered the bins.

On hold for too long of time. Spoke with a “call center” and tried to schedule a bulk pickup. RS missed that pickup and to reschedule it but is was another week out which was too late. Just love call center experiences….NOT!!!!

This review is for Jessica. She helped schedule for bin replacements at my residence. She was super helpful and so nice. The call didn't take long at all but the wait time was pretty crazy, I know that there isn't any control over that with limited resources right now. Thank you Jessica!
