The staff is completely stunned. I arrived at 4:29. They didn't want to give the car back. Do something about it, the workers there are inadequate, they closed the gates and it's still time for workers.<br><br>they specifically want to charge for parking before Monday, and I need to take it to Texas, not people from the beast

Extremely Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Behavior<br><br>I drove over two hours to pick up my car, only to be told I couldn’t take it because I didn’t have a vest. The manager, Anna, was extremely rude and showed no understanding of my situation. Despite knowing that they were closing in just 10 minutes, there was no effort made to accommodate me, and I was left stranded without my car. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers is appalling. Anna does not deserve this position, and it’s clear that the management here does not prioritize customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this location to anyone. They do not value their customers’ time or money, and I feel that I’ve been financially inconvenienced by their actions. I will be pursuing legal options, including filing a small claims case, to recover the costs I’ve incurred due to this poor service. I strongly urge to reevaluate their management and staff, as this type of treatment is likely to drive away many customers in the future.
