I had a horrible experience with this company. Dispatch told me it would be 25 minutes for the tow truck to arrive. Then the driver called me after 30 minutes and said it would be 15 minutes. I ended up waiting 3 hours for the tow truck to come and they were not answering my calls. I had to call from a different phone for them to answer and actually response to me and then I had to wait another 20 minutes on hold . As we were towing the car the straps tied to the wheel fell off of the tire. I honestly had the worst experience with this tow company. I will never use them again if it was going to be longer than the time that they gave me. They could have told me that and I could have went with another option and they also have a cancellation fee which is ridiculous. Unsafe and rude company.

Juan was great!! My car broke down, i had to leave it overnight, super stressful. Next morning I called Toro towing and Juan was dispatched pretty much immediately. He actually got there before I did and waited for me to get there. Super courteous, professional, experienced at towing in all kinds of situations, strong communicator skills etc. So, that was a huge relief in a bad situation. 10/10 would recommend
