worst company to have your vehicle in possession.. I called because items were missing and was told “no man would take those” well one of you guys clearly did.. if you get towed by them make sure you get to your vehicle asap cause they clearly steal hello kitty plushies & who knows what else. also rude as ever.. get some customer service skills. vehicle was sold but they did not give the buyer a new key, instead sent a stranger to my home.. bazaar.

While I was allowed to retrieve my belongings from my towed car at the tow yard. The employee escorting me there put me in a HOSTILE environment and told me I wasn’t allowed to take all of my stuff (why!?) and that if I don’t comply he will kick me out and I won’t get anything from my car displaying aggressive behavior. I yelled back saying NO I will get all of my stuff before leaving! He then ignored me once he saw me insist and can be troubling if he didn’t let his bs stop! If you are a lady, DO NOT go alone.

Rude workers. I called asking what I need to take my car out and they have a bitchy attitude as if it’s so hard to type up a license plate number. Cuts you off while talking and star huffing and puffing as if you’re a bother. Dshity place and dshity people
