Could you perhaps have a conversation about your drivers visiting smoke shops in company vehicle and uniform, and blocking not just one disabled parking spot, but all of them, as well as blocking the street? It doesn't exactly set an example as a towing company. I am in a wheelchair, I depend on these accommodations for a resemblance of independence and freedom, I have no choice.
