After checking the reviews for this place and seeing that they were very good. I went to Pulido's Auto Repair Inc. today to ask how much they charge to replace the front brakes on my car. From the moment I walked into the office, my first impression was that I wasn't going to have a good experience. The lady who attended to me looked me up and down and asked me with a bad attitude, "Can I help you ?" with a completely unprofessional face and expression. I told her I was there because I wanted to know how much they charge to change the brakes on my car. She said they had to inspect it before giving me a price and that they would charge me $37 just for the inspection. I said, "Well, this is the first time I've been asked for an inspection. What do they check during the inspection?" She said they had to see if the rotors also needed to be replaced. I told her that I had just had an oil change and they told me I still had brakes for two months, so I didn't think the rotors were damaged. But she said that the rotors also need to be replaced because they wear out. But honestly even though in the 20 years I've been driving, I've never had rotors replaced because they were worn out unless one of them was damaged for no attendto change the brakes in time but wasn't the case. I understand the need for the inspection, but not the terrible attitude and unprofessional way I was treated. I really left not because of the inspection fee or anything like that, but because of the attitude I received. A very bad experience.
