How come all the bad reviews say confused or not a customer. Nothing is addressed.No empathy. Parts arrived late and in an open damaged box. The parts were not protected adequately. Sent them pictures and had to request that they file a claim with the shipping company. They offered a refund of the part but refused to provide return shipping and refused to acknowledge that some of the items were damaged , regardless of the photos. Their response was that these were used parts and dents and bends are normal. These are dinged (I can accept that for used parts) the bends are not acceptable. I have shopped here for years. If their customer service has come to this. I will shop elsewhere and let everyone I know or see how terrible and crooked California Corvair has become. So sad, all I had asked for was an exchange for only the items damaged due to lack of protection in the package and a shipping label ... as legally required. The protection could have fallen out when the package was opened. Jeff did not want to file a claim with the post officr. When Jeff's additude was rude and disrespectful then I gave the reviews. You should never treat customers like he did.

Ordered a tissue dispenser and they accidentally sent the wrong one but they wasted no time in issuing a return label and getting the correct one sent out right away. These are the folk you want to deal with (btw, the emblem is one I added)

I have been dealing with CC for 5 years, never a problem. Jeff will keep my 51 year old car going with his available parts. I visited his shop a couple of years ago. First class all the way.
