The shop manager Cloe was extremely professional, knowledgeable and understanding. When I spoke with the techs regarding how much longer will it be before the job is done, the response time was immediate. As always a part of getting automotive work done is I have to be patient and bring something to keep me distracted from thinking about the time. Overall, my experience here at this shop earned the 5 stars. Until next time guys, take care and stay proactive with communicating with your customers.

I made an appointment ahead of time for patch repair on my tire and when I called to ask them a question the lady was rude when I told her I had an appointment today. Multiple times like I was making it up or something. I don't know what her deal was. But then she said well, even with your appointment you're going to be waiting at least 2 to 3 hours to be seen. And I told her you still have several appointments available right now on your website. She tells me yeah but they don't factor in the appointments we already have. What does that even mean? I don't know what her deal was but I went to Alan's Tire Co without an appointment and they fixed my tire in less than an hour and they were busy when I drove up. Don't go to this pep boys unless you plan on spending your whole day there for something that can take way less than an hour. Appointments mean nothing. The lady that works the front is awful.

I was doing a brake job on my vehicle and called to see how much and how long it would take to turn the front rotors if I dropped them off. I was told it would be two hours. This was perfect and would give me time to complete the job. Three hours later I stopped by to pickup the rotors and they had not even started them. They told me it would be another hour. Two and a half hours later they were finally finished. It was now very late in the evening. I was in the garage until 9pm finishing the job because of Pep Boys. If they had told me it was going to take 5 1/2 hours I would have taken the job somewhere else. They didn’t even offer a discount for the inconvenience. Horrible service.
