Had an excellent experience with junk deal! Scheduled the day before with jose on the phone and got a timely confirmation. The team let me know about a half hour before arrival and showed up on time. Francisco and Jorge were great! Polite and fast!!! They gave me a quote up front that was accurate and fair. Have used this company multiple times and have only has positive experiences! Also, extra props for navigating my narrow driveway without any issues!

UPDATE: Second call on 1/5/2026: Nothing to add. Service, timeliness, helpfulness, and price are still excellent. I won't call anyone else! Thank you (again) Francisco and Jorge! Wow! Talk about great customer service! Everything was smooth with this process. I sent an online inquiry yesterday and received a phone call and appointment within 20 minutes. The next day, (today), Francisco and Jorge arrived at my place on time and ready to work. They gave me a reasonable quote and began loading my items on their truck. (I have taken things to the landfill before and am acquainted with the pricing structure.) These gentlemen were friendly and efficient. I will definitely be calling Junk Deal for all future removal needs. They make it easy!

Very efficient and fair pricing. With just two people they managed to remove half a truck’s worth of junk from my house in less than an hour, including disassembling a metal bed frame and removing a heavy dresser. They also showed up on time which is very much appreciated. Would recommend!
