I highly highly recommend this place! My car got rear ended and I needed to find a body shop to work on the damage. Cesar was absolutely amazing to work with, he not only helped me handle the car, but also helped with handling insurance as they were annoying to deal with. Him and his team were super professional and delightful to work with. So grateful I found this place and I definitely recommend!

Looks like they make puppet accounts and give themselves good reviews -- like others said, unprofessional and incoherent not just to others but to themselves as well: shop looked like a mess, I doubt they are real mechanics, they towed my daughter's car she'd just pulled from a family member's house, she'd paid full back reg and scheduled a smog -- I called and they said $$ fee and they close at 5pm. We were there at 1 pm to get docs from car, then to city and back with a release, only now they want $$$ because it is past 2pm and then cited the law: the guy called me a liar that he never said 5 pm, then we got aggressively yelled at by their friend for asking questions who said it's disrespectful to ask questions. Don't ask questions here for your personal safety apparently.

My car got towed illegally by this company when I was parked legally in an apartment complex in the visitor parking for less than 24 hours. Tried to get the car back the same day (friday) it was towed only to get told only the registered owner can pick it up. Lady at the front desk said we can get the car anytime tomorrow (Saturday) and saying they are open 24 hours. Come the next day just to be closed. Called the number on the window and lady over the phone states "we are closed, you were supposed to make an appointment. We will have someone there within an hour". Really horrible customer service and communication with this company. They are just stealing money from people with ridiculously high prices and horrible communication.
