I’m not one to write a bad review unless I feel justified. I’m disappointed with how they went about doing business this time around, I trusted them to be honest and when I took my van in for a simple battery exchange they told me it was not my battery to leave my car over night. My gut is always on point never fails me, so I said I’ll be back instead…. Next day my battery died I had aaa come over and upon looking at it they said who told you it wasn’t your battery? It’s so apparent to the eye with all the corrosion on it and how long I’ve had it that it was the battery. The strange thing is that my cap on my coolant was missing and no coolant at all. Now if your my trusted mechanic I would imagined you would have seen that the day before and told me. The aaa guy was more helpful and buy new battery got my car to start and even helped me with the other things. Costing me a total of 222. I wonder what insane estimate steed was gonna give me. I won’t be back again. Because if I can’t trust you then there’s no point. You lost me as a customer because you lied about my battery being good and wanted me to leave my car over night, you failed to notice the coolant which is way more detrimental to my van driving it like.

Steed was recommended by Ken Grody Ford because they were to busy and short handed to repair my expedition The guys at Steed were great I broke down when I was on vacation over 350 miles from home on Christmas week. I took the expedition there on Monday 12/22 and they took it right in, they worked with my warranty company and had my Expedition back to me on Wednesday. This was a relatively simple repair but these guys stepped up and got it done FAST. I was in a rental and going back home on Saturday 12/27 I can't thank them enough for the smooth process. Thanks so much to the Steed staff. Very professional and very helpful.

Great servicing and transparent pricing and timing! The team walked me through all necessary tune ups for the car. Went super smooth and was out in 2 hours when my car needed some serious maintenance. I will Be returning :)
