I would love to sing my praises of Big Brand Tire & Service in Danville. Excellent Service! I would highly recommend this business. I would like to thank Matthew and Victor who were at the front of the house for their kindness and for all the valuable information. I’d been having such a problem with my tires, ( serviced somewhere else) the balance was so horrible, this other place assured me they had balanced them, the ride was so rough my truck was all over the place. Then Alex I know there’s two gentlemen with that name there, so want him to get his due, Alex with the beautiful green eyes Thankyou!!!!! You have made me so happy! My truck rides so beautifully now, I thank this whole crew of men that work there, so if your looking for a excellent place to be satisfied with the services that you need done, I would recommend this business 1,000 percent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My goal is not to ruin this business, but rather to make sure customers get second opinions. I was making a trip to WI and stopped here to get my tires checked and buy chains. A full inspection was offered and I accepted, only to be told that I needed new front struts, lower control arms and, as a preventative measure, new tires. What? The gentleman at the front desk was hesitant to give me any details except to say that these were “safety issues” and should be taken care of “as soon as possible.” I asked him to write these down for me (photo attached). Not completely believing these repairs were necessary since the car was driving perfectly, I took my car to the Dublin VW dealership where they told me the struts and control arms were in perfect condition and my tires measured at 7s and 6s. If a DEALERSHIP says all is good, I felt pretty confident Big Brand tires was trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. Fast forward to our safe arrival to WI (2300 miles) and today’s maintenance check at a VW dealership: struts and control arms are good and tires have “at least another 20,000 miles of life.” So, again, get second opinions before believing the people at Big Brand.

I recently took my car in for an oil change at this shop. Since I couldn’t pick it up during business hours, I requested that they leave the keys inside the car after closing. I signed a waiver acknowledging that I would take full responsibility. Later that evening, around 10 PM, when I went to pick up my car, I found that all the windows were left open. Additionally, there was no sticker or note indicating that the oil change was completed, and I never received any call to confirm it was ready. When I contacted them the next day, they didn’t provide any real assistance. They just kept saying, “There’s nothing we can do,” and kept brushing me off. I’m really dissatisfied with how they handled the situation.
