Outstanding service from the moment I walked in to be greeted by the Manager who was so professional and friendly. I was taken care of immediately when my appointment was set. Fastest oil change I have ever had. Yes, I would recommend this store and team anytime. Thank you for the great service.

Grateful for this location! When I'm on the Peninsula, this is my to-go Firestone location for mostly anything that has to do with tires and oil changes. Their online system is user friendly and I'm always able to schedule in basic maintenance with no issues. Second, for same-day services, they were able to get me in for a potential patch job and thankfully, I didn't have to get a new tire. Technician Mario did an amazing job with the patch: it didn't even look like a typical patch, like it was just part of the tire! They have a nice open seating area that faces El Camino so I'm usually just watching the crazy world go by. TV and coffee for the mornings, afternoons are for catching up on emails or chillaxing. They are transparent with the pricing and the "recommendations" at the end of my visits align with my expectations so I appreciate the gentle reminders. I've been trying to learn more through hands-on experience, so I use their recommendations timeline as guidance. Recommend if you need stuff done for your tires, alignments, and oil changes!
