Had a great experience here! I waited about 30 minutes in a car like drive-through. The staff was very friendly and there was a cute cat. The pricing felt fair. I’ll be back!

0 stars. Tri-Ced failed to pick up my recycling, claiming it was inaccessible because a car was parked in front of the bin. This claim is completely unacceptable. The recycling bin was touching the street and placed directly next to two other cans that were serviced without issue by Waste Management. The driver got off the truck and serviced my address, proving accessibility was not the problem. I am located on a busy street and have no control over who parks or where people park. Expecting residents to manage street parking to accommodate Tri-Ced’s convenience is unreasonable. When I called to resolve this, I was met with dismissive and poor customer service and was again told the bins were “inaccessible,” despite clear evidence to the contrary. This is a failure in service, accountability, and customer support. Tri-Ced needs to own this mistake and correct it, not deflect responsibility with excuses.

We live in a town home and in a corner unit. For years we have had no issues but they have refused to take our recycling can recently because it wasn't "pushed out far enough." Apparently the driver has time to take photos and report that ours isn't far enough out but can't pick it up. We don't push ours out because it blocks the neighbors driveway. Waste Management doesn't give us problems. They wouldn't even do a late pickup for us after calling. They just told us to "wait until next week."
