I had my 2023 Dodge Charger repaired at Meineke and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Jay, the main mechanic, was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident about the work being done. Jay was even kind enough to share valuable knowledge about potential future repairs and maintenance, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to educate their customers instead of just fixing the immediate issue. The rest of the team was just as impressive. Even though I can’t remember everyone’s names, they were incredibly kind and made sure I received exactly what I needed at the right price. What really stood out was their dedication — when the parts dealer delivered the wrong part, they didn’t make excuses or delay the repair. Instead, they went out of their way to personally pick up the correct part to make sure my car was fixed properly and on time. That level of customer service and accountability is rare. They are friendly and efficient ready to please and help you with the Meineke experience and services. Normally I get the $68. dollar synthetic oil change but I decided to treat my car and get the 5,000. miles change at $90. it's worth it to me to get the extra mileage thank you Meineke!
