I got a call that the driver was on his way when I got to the location. The car was about to go onto the flatbed. I went ahead of the truck. He arrived shortly thereafter unloaded the car. The truck was nice and clean. He was nice and clean and polite. I paid he left all good. Great job.

805 Towing was Great. Everyone in the office, that you deal with on the phone, they're all very polite and easy going. I've got to say, i can't speak highly enough about the guy who my towed my truck Jose Cortez. Jose was so pleasant to deal with the first time around and so helpful, when I needed my truck moved again (because it was not running and needed to change storage spaces) I called the office and specifically requested Jose to come out if possible and they were super accommodating. On top of taking great care of my vehicle, Jose is very helpful, he's got a lot of knowledge and vehicle experience from his years on the job, and he's happy to help you out in any way he can. He gave me some great advice on some work that I needed done to my truck that helped me out a lot. He definitely goes Above and Beyond to help you when he can. I will definitely continue to use them in the future and If you need a tow definitely hit up 805 you can't go wrong with those guys. -Travis Mueller

Very disappointed with my experience. The fees were extremely expensive, do not offer payment plans or couldn’t adjust storage fees, even after I explained I had been hospitalized after my accident and could not pick up my vehicle. She told me I had to pay in person before 5 p.m. or my account would be sent to collections. I arranged transportation and showed up, only to find out she had left about an hour and a half early to pick up her kids. She asked me to wait 30 minutes after already closing early or come back again tomorrow, which was very unprofessional — especially since I don’t have a vehicle and had to coordinate a ride. She initially refused to let me pay over the phone and then later said she’ll will make an “exception” (mind you for her sake of leaving the office unattended early) I could pay via email. Overall, very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
