They come on time most of the time but are a bunch a whiny babies. Been living here for 50 years through several trash companies and never seen this type of service. If someone parks a car anywhere near our cans we get a notice. If they’re too close to anything, we get a notice. Last week I had a piece of pvc sticking out of our can about 10” holding the lid open slightly. Well that resulted in them sitting out front of our house idling for 10 minutes while writing us up. Then a sticker on our can and a letter from the office follows in the mail. Threats of fines next time and bla bla bla. Every week I have to go out and pick up all the trash they spill and leave on the ground from our and our neighbors cans. What a joke. I defended them when our old company waste management was outbid. What a mistake. These guys are looking to make their money back with extra charges and fines. They keep pushing for us to pay for a larger can too. Extras galore! Pirates

The trash operator seems to have forgotten to pick up my black bin this morning, which I get, might happen once in awhile. I called Athens and within an hour there was a truck that came by and picked up the trash. Great job making it right!
