This morning I Called Staples in Westlake Village to see what it would cost to copy a large set of documents. Their price was slightly better than two other competitors. So I drove over there today only to find out it will take 5 Days to get the job done. The other 2 will have it done by the morning..... so I took it to Fedex.

Staples Manager Daniela Galante was absolutely outstanding! She went above and beyond to help me purchase 60 tote bags for the residents of our senior apartment community. The Westlake Village store, where Daniela works, had a limited supply, so she personally reached out to numerous other Staples locations to find the full quantity. Because it was getting dark and I prefer not to drive at night, Daniela herself went to two additional stores to collect the bags for me. Her strong relationships with other store managers made the process quick and seamless. Daniela’s kindness, expertise, and dedication truly set her apart—Staples is fortunate to have such a remarkable employee.

Staples Westlake Village is easy to get to, park. The website is helpful to see if your item is in-stock. Efficient and friendly staff members will help you get what you need, check-out is quick and help getting your item to the car is available. I purchased a gaming chair for my daughter's birthday. There was the exact model we were interested in on the floor and backup stock readily available. All in all, we chose our chair, paid and were escorted to our car within a 15-minute time slot. Amazing!
