Frank the parts Manager was extremely helpful. I needed a new battery. He spent the time to thoroughly explained my options to me. Then he assisted by providing me direction when I changed the battery in the parking lot. There also was an issue with the previous battery that I purchased. Frank was very fair with me with a credit for that previous battery . This will be my new go to auto store

The manager at the Thousand Oaks location, Edmund, could not have been more passive-aggressive and sarcastic. The teller who was helping me was actually very kind and helpful. I had a $20 promotion credited to my account, and she attempted to apply it to the sale. However, the transaction had been tendered but not fully processed yet when I decided I wanted to change the brand of the item I was purchasing. She asked Edmund for assistance so we could adjust the transaction, but he clearly did not want to be bothered. He said that because the sale had already been tendered, my $20 reward could no longer be applied—even though the purchase had not been finalized and the item hadn’t been taken. I asked if there was any way to correct the situation, but he simply said “no.” As a result, my $20 reward was effectively lost. He dismissed the issue and walked away rather than trying to help resolve it. What was also disappointing was the way he spoke to his female employee. She was polite and trying to help, yet he responded to her with sarcasm and talked down to her in front of customers. Again, the employee assisting me was sweet and professional. Unfortunately, Edmund’s attitude toward both customers and staff left a very poor impression

Extremely happy with the help I recieved from "Angelique", finding the correct parts I needed when other locations had failed. I had unique issues due to my particular vehicle and "Angelique" spent the extra time and effort while others had given up. I'm very impressed with her knowledge and determination to help her customers. Only store I'll go to from now on. Thank you Angeligue.
