These lames are a bunch of SCAMMERS! Towed my moms Car .5 miles away from Wilson's location & charged $686! The lady I spoke to was super rude, she also lied & said that if we come before 5 it would be $643 but then it was after tha first 4hrs, then I would pay $686 after that time & that tmrw |4/26/26| after 2:39 it would go up $86 per day it's there. I explained to her that my mom had just bought that car & hadnt even had a chance to register the car over to her name but she signed the pink slip, she said that as long as her info was on tha pink slip & she & tha previous owner both signed it off that it would be info enough, i then asked for her name, she got super rude & denied giving me her name so I could let others that work there know what she related to me. We set up an after hours apt. (Like she said to do, Which they never mentioned a fat fee that came with it) Upon arrival, 8 pm, which was our apt. The tow guy, very unprofessional & rude said he had other people to attend too, then left but would make us priority. He came back, didn't say whether we were getting the car back or not but automatically starts charging $200 for the AFTER HOURS APT (which he didnt mention that, that is what it was for till after). Then states we will not be getting the car back because of registration info! So basically we got SCAMMED out of a car & $200!

Horrible service I was in ICU when they towed my truck and the lady was rude talking fast I was trying to ask her to slow down that I’m a little out of it but wanted to make sure I was doing things right she got snappy and told me she can’t be on the phone with me. Rude ppl definitely recommend a different company for ppl to use. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice and have some decency.

I was in a bad car accident and had to come and retrieve my belongings. I called and they explained the process and that I had to come during their business hours and scan the QR code to make an appointment. The woman on the phone was polite and gave clear instructions. She was patient and polite. That was important because my mind was a mess after being in a car wreck on the highway. I arrived the next morning, scanned the code. Made an appointment and then someone helped me at the black gate. They gave me instructions and a map of where to go. Since my belongings, keys, id and registration were all in the car, they had to verify my info to make sure, for my safety and protection and theirs also, that I was who I said I was. I went to the gate around the back street and Juan drove me in the little car to my car. He was polite and respectful. He didn’t rush me and offered help and answered questions. I’m so grateful that this experience was smooth and I appreciate their staff’s professionalism. No one wants to deal with this, but I’m grateful it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I retrieved all my belongs. Thank you.
