the guy on the phone was really unprofessional he kept making me feel like they didnt have what i needed then as i was about to hang um from akward silence and discouraging answers he would speak up again about something else that wasnt what i needed then quoted me 200 for a kit with parts i already have just to sell me the one part i was asking for then quoted me double the normal price of a throw out bearing...i couldnt even finish the conversation....

When it was ASP things were great. Since parts authority took over things have gone down hill pretty bad. They use to have enough drivers that parts would show up in no time at all, now even if you order $500 worth of parts at 1pm. The driver won't head your way until you call 3 hours later to wonder if it's left.. seems like a good way to get people to buy elsewhere...

They used to be the best in town, back when they were ASP. Ever since Parts Authority bought them out tho, their hours have been cut back, their selection of hard to find parts has been reduced and their pricing has gone up. They're still good people and they still provide good service, but their new parent company gets a from me.
