Outstanding service — above and beyond I want to give major credit to Daniel at O’Reilly Auto Parts. My battery was completely dead, it was pouring rain, and I was stranded. I had already gone to AutoZone first and was told they couldn’t help because it was raining. I had no choice but to call AAA just to get a jump. When I got to O’Reilly’s, Daniel didn’t hesitate for a second. He came out in the rain, changed my battery quickly and professionally, and kept a great attitude the entire time. No excuses. No complaints. Just real customer service. That kind of effort matters. Daniel turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and because of him, I’ll be choosing O’Reilly Auto Parts going forward. If management sees this: Daniel is exactly the type of employee that represents your brand the right way.

Great service!! Always seem to hace good experiences at O'Reilly. Had to purchase windshield wipers and decided to go there. Find the staff to be very helpful, had a gentleman help me purchase the proper windshield wipers and Gabriel installed them for me. He was busy with several customers windshield wipers. Very helpful staff. I haven't had good experiences at other places, they seem to be very helpful and customer focused.
