called at 4:45 pm, needed a tow bc the truck wouldn’t start. they said 30 minutes. an hour later, called again. after being on hold for 20 minutes, they said it’d be another half an hour. they played this same song and dance for 5 HOURS total. tow finally arrived at 9:20 pm. driver got the truck back to my apartment, parked it in the red, and drove off after refusing to help me push it into my spot. -1000/10 save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Was on my way to work in Newport Beach. I work as a mailman and its very important that we complete all the mail for the day. Sparks was 5 minutes from where i broke down with a flat. Would have been a quick dropoff to a <1 mi drive to a tire shop. I didnt drive cuz my tire was already shredded. They originally told me 1 hr till the tow truck comes. Ok, fine, this is an emergency so reasonable ish. Call back, okay now 30 more minutes. Callback oh about another 40 minutes. Callback. Ok hes 5 minutes out now! Nope! I even gave them 10 minutes extra just in case befoee i told them to cancel the tow truck cuz what the hell? 20 min after that the tow truck FINALLY calls me after my service was canceled saying he just got the information. Tldr. Took 3.5 hrs and didnt even come. Canceled. Tow truck calls at hr 4 saying he just got the details. If i could rate in negative stars i would
