If I could give it a zero I would I know everyone got to make a living but I hate tow companies! They just tried towing my car being in my parking space! My parking permit was in my car when showed to the guy he was like oh ok well you still need to pay to drop the car when they hadn’t even stepped out the apartment gate they don’t even give a warning or anything they just love to take money but yet when we call them to tow a car park in our parking that wasn’t ours they took forever to get there that eventually the car ended up moving to a different spot and even then when the tow truck came they didn’t take it. This is the second time they do this! The guy told us that we need to be more careful b/c they are going to pass more often now. We paid the guy and he asked for an email when I was giving it to him he was like write it on my phone but before he gave me his phone he was like this is my personal phone and it’s very very expensive don’t drop it or anything like if I look like that type of person of doing that trust my parents taught me better I’m not like you guys heartless just to make money you guys loving towing peoples car from there own parking spot! Then my father tells me that they were looking in my car to see if I had any illegal or open beer containers witch I didn’t I guess they were just trying to find any reason to try to take my car or idk what or idk maybe they like the fact that I had my electric bike in there and they where trying to take it or idk what but sketchy as hell! This is the reason why I hate tow companies! I rather risk it and get someone with a truck to help me tow my car than using them! My parents taught me to never hope the worst on anybody but tow companies are the worst!

Any properties looking to work with these guys, be cautious. They almost towed MY car (on time with all payments) on MY parking spot (had the parking pass). The guy called his boss and mentioned that the manager had called them. We got the manager to come help us and told them she never called and was the only person in the office. She had to call their offices to tell them who called them and that only a resident of the parking can tow someone else's car on THEIR spot. A little sketch of you ask me.
