My battery died twice in the last couple of weeks (my fault) and both times California Roadside Service was dispatched through AAA. They did great work both times but the second time was especially exceptional thanks to the tech, Brent. He arrived before the ETA, made sure to run testing on my battery due to the prior recent service call to make sure I’d have no trouble going forward, and made sure it was well charged before sending me out to drive around. Super nice guy and truly seems to care about helping the people he serves. Thank you!

Rocky handled my towing needs like a champ! I called AAA for the tow on my 53 F100 and when I hung up he was already behind me within 5min. Highly recommended, they get it done right! Took extreme care in hauling my classic pickup!

California Roadside Towing DROPPED MY CAR off the flatbed… Now they are REFUSING TO FIX my car. I submitted my estimate that I received from an Auto Body shop and they said they don't want to fix my car, for that price (around $3,000) but offered me $1000. They said the price is too high... I told them Tesla told me to take it to a Tesla Certified Auto Body shop, and that is what I did, the closest to my house... I told them I will take it to another shop, but that's all I can do because I've already taken the car to Tesla and a Tesla Certified body shop and they told me the price is too high and they would only offer me $1,000. 1K will not fix my car. That’s an insult. I’m not an auto body guy, but when they dropped my car off the flatbed, both my side fenders broke, my undercarriage parts are broken, my front bumper does NOT align with my fenders and headlamps anymore… I’m sure there’s internal pieces broken because it is LOOSE AND I CAN HEAR IT… As of now, my car is still damaged. It seems like they DON’T WANT TO USE INSURANCE and THEY ARE LOW BALLING ME… I don’t understand it, but THEY ARE NOT RIGHT how they are handling this… $1000, is NOT GOING TO FIX MY CAR. I will need to follow through with AAA, and now with my insurance… and if worse comes to worse file a lawsuit against them. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE for them. VERY SHADY. Doesn’t take accountability for their faults. NEVER USE California Roadside service
