Let me start by saying that tonight was not a good night. I came here after going to the O'Reilly on Harbor because the one n Harbor could not help me. Here at this one were they told me that the one on Harbor gave me the wrong parts. I asked on my brakes warranty and the guy looked in the computer and told me my life time on parts only one time. I told him that didn't make cense when they advertise life time. But after me trying to explain to him for more than a half hour that my brakes should have been in the history. And him saying that I was trying to commit fraud calling me a Thief. He then goes back in the computer and finds my brakes warranty. I told him see I told you I was right. I guess tonight was not my night 2 different O'Reilly s same horrible services.. I guess this is why people buy from Amazon.

Unfortunately, my battery decided to die on Labor Day. I went to autozone and they didn’t even want to bother helping me. I drove 2 lights down the street and Enrique and Adrian were able to provide me with the correct battery and even went as far as to installing it for me. Definitely returning here instead of autozone! :)
