I've visited a lot of Costco locations in the Bay Area, but the food court at this one was an absolute mess. The line was unlike anything I'd ever seen—it was so long it was blocking the exit where people get their receipts checked. And after waiting forever, I found out both soda machines were broken! They were only serving canned Coke and Sprite, which meant no diet drinks and no refills. If I had known, I probably would have skipped this location entirely on that day. The rest of the store was great as always, but the food court was a huge letdown.

I wanted to share a 5-star review for Angela, a manager at the Costco in Foster City. She helped me with a price correction, and she was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough in getting the issue resolved. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated her calm, helpful attitude.<br><br>One small suggestion (not a complaint): it would be great if Costco could modernize the terminal/emulation system at the registers/service desk—it looked like an older Micro Focus Rumba-style interface. Updating that system could make things even faster for both employees and members.<br><br>Thank you again to Angela and the Foster City team.

The parking and vehicle access entry/exits makes this specific Costco location a horrible place to shop at. There are only two entry/exit points for this location and both are situated on the same busy street. The non-traffic light entry is clogged up by cars attempting to make a left turn out of the parking lot causing a backup of cars that then blocks all the parking lanes.<br>The traffic light entry is only a few yds from the Costco entry. Cars using this entry have to wait for the customers crossing the street from the parking lot to the Costco entry. The steady stream of customers cause a bottleneck of cars at the traffic light and at the pedestrian crossing.<br>Except for the parking situation, this is a great Costco.
