Mark from 24-7 Rescue Towing may have saved my life tonight I was broke down on the freeway. I was stranded on the shoulder of the freeway with my broke down lifted 4x4 that requires a wide flatbed tow truck. For safety I had to climb out of the passenger side from the drivers seat and stand away from the cars were flying past just feet away. It was getting dark, the traffic was incredibly loud, and it was one of the scariest situations that I have been in. I called 24-7 Rescue Towing, and Mark answered the phone. I told him I was stuck on the freeway and really scared because of how close the cars were coming. He immediately reassured me and said he was on the way. He arrived in about 20 minutes, which felt incredibly fast considering the situation. As soon as he got there, he had me get into the tow truck for safety while he secured my vehicle. After standing on the shoulder with traffic rushing by, stepping into the truck felt like instant relief . The cab was clean, warm, and comfortable, and for the first time since breaking down I finally felt safe. Mark handled everything calmly and professionally. He carefully loaded my truck onto the flatbed, drove me to the auto repair shop, waited while I dropped off the key, and then even made sure I got home safely afterward. I am incredibly grateful for Mark and 24-7 Rescue Towing for rescuing me. When you’re stuck in a dangerous situation like this being stuck on the freeway the people who shows up matter. Mark treated me with genuine kindness and care, and I believe he may have saved me. If you ever find yourself needing help, I cannot recommend 24-7 Rescue Towing enough.

Wow, Mark was amazing. He didn’t hesitate to help us out with our dead car battery, I literally called 5 other places after I found out last minute my AAA was expired and no one could come out. Thankfully Mark answered immediately and he came within 15 mins, (IN THE RAIN!!!!), then got us back on the road in no time. He’s extremely professional, has excellent communication and is highly efficient. Thanks again Mark!!!

I had an outstanding experience with Mark from 24/7 Rescue Towing and I cannot recommend him enough. When my car got 2 flat tires, Acura Roadside Assistance estimated about 60 minutes and AAA said closer to 90 — but Mark arrived in just 15 minutes. He quickly and safely got my vehicle loaded and had me back home within 30 minutes total. Time was incredibly important because I needed to get home to my diabetic dog for her insulin, and Mark immediately understood the urgency.
