My car was towed from my place of residence while moving boxes into my apartment, blinkers were on, resident sticker was visible and neighbors told the driver that i had an injured back, my car was a little in the red but it’s not outside the norm where I live due to spacing and i don’t live on a Main Street. The driver “left” and 2mins later he came back around and took my car. When called they told me they were closed. I believe it’s very unprofessional and unethical to make rounds during “closing” hours. It’s a very common thing in my apartment complex due to the lack of spacing and not having elevators and I live on the top floor. When explained, the workers had no care in the world that I’m a disabled vet and it was an immediate $600+ fee. Scamming residents is low even for a towing business. One time I called this same towing location to tow someone out of my paid parking spot and the guy was able to talk the tower out of taking his car. Mind you I waited 40mins for him to even show up. When towing involving black people it’s a switch of how they do business. Horrible business

One of their heavy haul tow truck drivers RAN A RED LIGHT on 2/18 @ 22:43 coming down Augua Mansa. Pretty sure he has a commercial license!!! Shameful! Irresponsible and dangerous! He was towing a 53 ft trailer.

They tow my car because the driver made the conclusion that it was park at a firelane. I spoke with the management where I live and they said is not a fire lane. But pepe's doesn't want to acknowledge that they made a mistake. At the end of the day I am down 455 dollars because that is how much it cost to get my car back....I would stay away from them. I add it a picture of evidence. I check with the city and they said the same thing there is no firelane. I know it doesn't have to be mark to be a firelane. That's why I check with the city. The time the driver calling in are wrong as well. Predatory behavior. Sad that in hard times people don't have a heart...
