He was fair and honest about the work my car actually needed, keeping me updated the entire time. No hidden agendas or surprise fees, just great service. John is a top-tier mechanic. My car feels incredibly solid, and you can tell the work was done right the first time. Joel, the manager, is awesome. He’s extremely friendly, and before I headed out, he told me, “Welcome to the Fisk family.” That personal touch really meant a lot.
