If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I do not typically leave reviews, but this experience warrants one. Our vehicle was wrongfully towed due to a misunderstanding regarding parking assignments at our apartment complex. A new resident mistakenly believed we were parked in their space and contacted the tow company. In reality, we have been properly parked in our assigned space for five years (Garage #10), while the new resident has Carport #10. The confusion was between garage and carport numbering. We later learned from our apartment management, not the tow company, that management had contacted the tow company as soon as they discovered the error and requested that our vehicle be returned. Despite knowing this was a mistake, the tow company did not proactively communicate that information to us. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. The staff at the front desk were dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to clearly answer reasonable questions. We were asked to sign a document electronically but were not allowed to review what we were signing beforehand, which is unacceptable. The interaction felt confrontational and unnecessarily difficult, especially considering the tow was the result of an error. Additionally, the tone suggested that we were being done a favor by not being charged, despite the tow being wrongful. That framing is inappropriate. When a company makes a mistake, the expectation is accountability and professionalism, not hostility. We have requested that our apartment complex reconsider their contract with this towing company. Based on our experience, there appears to be a consistent pattern of negative customer service reflected in other reviews. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving transparency, communication, and professionalism in the future.

Outrageous pricing $500+ for 12-18 hours of storage. The customer service is awful, they didn’t have anybody working in the office when I went to pick my car up. The door was locked and I had to wait 15 minutes for somebody to come and deal with me. These guys are pirates and will take advantage of you because they know they have all the leverage.

They are disrespectful and arrogant, they towed my car and demanded $430 to retrieve my car from their garage which is only 13 minutes away, this is robbery!! The employees are very rude and extremely disrespectful!! I am calling out to the city of livermore and livermore police department!! please stop working with these people!! They are rude, disrespectful and robbers!! Don't give these kinds of people any business anymore!! I tried to talk to the manager of this business, she told me her name is CARINA, I don't know how true this is, she is completely disrespectful and irresponsible. Her employees are extremely rude and abusive. They tried to make me sign a paper, when I asked why I had to sign this paper, they answered very rudely and said that if I didn't sign the paper, I wouldn't be able to get my car. I just expected an explanation from them!! I am warning everyone from here!!
