The shop has excellent Service that the counters have been absolutely great. I went down the aisle look for something, and this lady assisted me and help me out. Shout out to the Tire Shop Team been really really great

I go there for an oil change, check in, over an hour later, no updates on the app. I go to the counter for them to tell me “we don’t have oil filters for your car. Go get one from O’Reilly and we can do the oil change”. Instead of updating the status on the app, or calling or texting me, they decide it’s worthwhile forgetting about my car, and then tell me to get parts for them. Horrible demeanor, no apology, no courtesy. Not going back.

Had 4 brand new Goodyear tires installed with the road hazard and “expert” installation. The moment I got on the highway the vibration and shaking in the steering wheel was insane. I mean far beyond any reasonable expectation. I mean the entire car was shaking front and rear like you are driving down a dirt road. Took the car to Walmart in Pleasanton and they rebalanced it, and were shocked at how off it was and how many weights were on there. The techs were John J and Allan W according to the work order. I don’t think these guys have balanced a tire in their lives. On top of it new tires are marked where to mount on the rim to line up with the valve stem of course none of them are lined up all way off. Very disappointing after spending over $700 for “expert” service. Avoid this place for your car needs
