I came here for a battery replacement. After the service, my OBD diagnostic port stopped working. However, I had to leave for a trip and couldn't return to the shop for 2 weeks. When I finally got back and asked them to check it, the manager claimed they 'didn't know' if they caused it. Instead of taking 5 minutes to help a customer, he demanded a $180 diagnostic fee just to look at the fuse. The reality check: I drove straight to AutoZone. A helpful staff member used a tool, diagnosed the blown fuse, and helped me fix it in 3 minutes for FREE. Total cost? $5 for the part. It was indeed a fuse blown during the battery swap. Wheel Works tried to charge me $180 to fix a $5 problem they created. Shameful service.

I live near the Livermore location. It’s by far my favorite location. Fast. Efficient with time. Great service. And they will not hold up your day. Love this team!

When I called to check price & possible make appointment, agent automatically included currently running coupon in price he quoted me informing me of this. He asked what time I would like on appointment and was very accommodating when scheduling. Upon arrival, staff was very pleasant and courteous and had no concerns about me bringing my medium size dog inside during registration and while waiting. Service took a bit over an hour but included several inspections (air filters, tires inc air preasure, general engine condition, leaking gasket) and they followed up by offering to replace some tires, filters and replace valve gasket, including a written quote good for 30 days after. Overall, very thorough and professional!
