Literally towed a vehicle stating one of the reasons being the "condition of vehicle" when asked a worker showed me pictures of the vehicle and stated it was dirty and showed me a picture of leaves behind the tire. They also claimed it was parked incorrectly. But the picture showed it within the lines but slightly crooked. When questioned about this his responce was that I should contact the mobile home park owner. No! You were the one claiming these reasons as part of why it was towed, NOT the park owner. Ultimately he stated it was towed due to it not being registered. It was registered Non Operational. Being perfectly legal seeing how it was on private property. Then the sticker adhered to the vehicle prior to it being towed stated it would be towed after 8:30pm but they towed it about 8 hours prior to that around noon. It was towed on 1-20 but on 1-21 they had invoiced it for towing fee plus 2 days storage. Ummm yeah! The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one was because the woman working behind the desk was actually professional and polite. The paper work was fumbled and filled out incorrectly with incorrect information. The sticker adhered to the vehicle prior to being towed was unreadable. The guy in the picture stated he wasn't the one that towed it but some how had all the photos on his phone he had in his hands that he stated was company property and couldn't show us or allow us to get the photos of the vehicle.
