Benz auto body is simply the best body shop I’ve ever worked with for these reasons: 1. Response time is nearly immediate and everyone is lovely to work with. Communication of work can be done through texting and photos which is so helpful when you are someone who works in office. 2. Quotes and lead times for parts are accurate and clearly communicate. There’s no guesswork. They don’t keep your car for longer than they need to. 3. The actual work is extremely high quality performed by experts. They always figured out exactly what was wrong and had no issues repairing. 4. They know how to work with insurance - again no guesswork just simplicity 5. They go above and beyond to give you a good experience. (Even washed my car after a repair ) I probably will never go anywhere else

Somebody hit my car and a parking lot and I needed to get it repaired. The service I experienced at Benz was spectacular! They fixed my car, and it looked even better than when I bought it. Their customer service was also wonderful, even taking care of the rental car pick up and return.
