Pricing unclear. ~$245 For a Motorcycle Tow?? A non-accident one picking me off of an exit ramp and to take it 15 miles. I know gas prices are bad but come on. The tow itself went smoothly at least.

I cannot say enough about this company, and specifically ERIC KERTES as a tow truck driver/ mechanic. It is rare that a driver will show up and make sure that you are not charged a lot of money and waste time on a tow if it is a more simple fix. I thought i needed a short tow down the street, when it was a simple battery connection issue, and he was able to help with that as well, and get me hooked up with a battery!!! Eric encouraged me to learn about vehicles, so i don't get taken advantage of by bullies at auto shops, and I could not be more grateful. Eric took obvious pride in his work, in the cleanliness of his tools and truck (even his pen and clipboard) and he made u feel at ease, and taken care of....as though he had been an expert in his field...and to be honest, as a woman, not getting CREEPED OUT or creeped on, is a HUGE PLUS. Eric was so respectful, and I dont ever want to be towed by anyone else. After my first experience I have sent many people your way, Eastgate, and i hope you all know what a courteous professional and kind GEM you all have in Eric Kertes.!! He has also done a tow for my brother and was awesome then as well. excellent customer service which is so important Thanks Eastgate!! *SIDE NOTE to public, as few know this---- It is very appropriate to TIP A TOW TRUCK DRIVER. A cousin explained how they are paid, and its worse than the restaurant industry....which is sad, considering their work is often very dangerous. (Many people are aware and tip them, but most just don't know better, so I am doing my part in getting it out there....Like tipping the restaurant to-go server that prepares your to go order. Should tip them too. And anyone who assists you with luggage, or groceries,.....)
