Couldn’t have had a worse experience at an establishment. I was gone for 20 minutes outside my own apartment complex to find out it was towed away. Then called the company and they tell me it’s almost $600 to get it back and that I have to schedule an appointment for later in the day to get it. I arrive to the “appointment” on time only to find out the closest person is 30 minutes away to help me. Got hit with a bunch of bullshit fees that are non negotiable. Scared to see the condition the car is in and will not be afraid to take legal action.

1-Star – Absolute worst experience. Towed my totaled car <5 miles, held for 2 nights: $725 charge. My $200+ Apple AirPods stolen from the vehicle while impounded. Extremely rude staff, no proper receipts. They’re on Santa Ana PD’s preferred tow list—shocking. Filing complaints with BBB, city, and police. Steer clear—these people are thieves and over-chargers.

I am sure most of the time when you go to a towing company to get your car no one's happy. My experience was very different. Is a seamless process they helped me get the stuff out of my car. My car was completely totaled from an accident. The lady Cheryl that helped me out was extremely nice! Thanks Cheryl you rock!
