I got excellent customer service from Lesly. He had multiple customers going up to him because they seen how knowledgeable/efficient he was. he handled each customer with grace. He helped me identify the parts I needed and informed me about them. I also appreciate that he acknowledged my interest in learning. Thank you Lesly for your A1 customer service and warmth! Car issues can be frustrating but having someone who is able and willing to give you their support, makes things 10x better.

Went in to get a helicoil repair kit cause this is a hub store. The manager helped me out but didn't know what it was, and he walked away after I said let me get cutting oil and handle for tap!! How you gonna manage and not know your product or not help out the customer. This is why I go to Las Tunas store, better customer service and management. I guess they promote anyone now a day's!

I first called for a swaybar link part and spoke with Eric on the phone who left me on hold for 15 minutes and when he got back on the phone said he forgot about me then went back to look for my part then forgot me again. After 20 minutes on the phone he said they have the part. When I got there Eric is the same person that helped me was very rude and distracted talking to his coworkers. I asked a few questions about the part I got and he completely blew me off with every question. I wont be going to this location again with this bad service. Hopefully they retrain Eric on customer service.
