I dropped off the battery for recharge around 6 pm. 30 mins later ...... This......... I told him its a lithium powersports battery & dude didn't even listen to me fully and went to the back to recharge. Told me 30 mins. Told'em I'll probably need it full night recharge and dude said 30 mins enough for this size of battery................... After 30 mins, figures I'll continue to recharge it myself and went to pick it up. And this.

The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because of the young gentleman "red shirt" who helped me. The "gray shirt" employee seem to degrade the "red shirt" employee stating "red shirt employee is just a regular, they don't know better." I was sent a few cities away for a part that was not available at my local store, confident that I was going to be a happy customer, until this "gray shirt" employee responded with a tone and discrediting what I was told at my local store. I had to settle because I had no choice. This "gray shirt" power tripping employee acted like the part was coming out of their paycheck. Disappointing experience.
