Not sure who does the hiring decisions here, but I want to give a big thanks to Kyle and Sam from this location for helping me with securing a lightbulb replacement for my vehicle. Not only did they suggest the best part for my vehicle. They also shared with me a warranty and rebate that helped save me $25 on purchasing the higher definition bulbs versus just the regular ones (which after a rebate comes out to the same price.) I think Kyle is a manager here? And he was very busy but still found the time to help me and even tapped in Sam (one of his associates) to finish up what I needed assistance with. I will definitely be back to this location to get any additional parts that I need. Thanks so much y’all!

I had a great experience and got the great support from Josh. When I came in a had my owners manual in hand attempting to change my own headlights. Stressed the entire day over whether or not I can actually change my headlights without messing up my entire system, Josh kindly asked “ Will you be needing help installing those today”? Such a relief and burden that lifted off my mental! What a blessing. He did it all with a smile and even helped me with my windshield wipers. This experience made my year. Now I can drive to and from work with no worries pertaining to a missing headlight or loud wipers when it rains. Thank you so much Josh. May God bless you, as you have blessed me. :)

The old lady at the front desk (Michelle) has no interpersonal skills and customer interaction skills. I had ordered a part to have it delivered at the location by 5th nov. I got occupied and I came a week or two later. This lady says we left you a voicemail and the package is not to be found now. So find it ?? She didn't know where to look to. And instantly told we can refund u the amount and you can order a new one. I was shocked at the conclusion. Them some guy came from behind and said let me take a look. He got the package. No apologies from the lady whatsoever. Either she needs to let go or know how to handle customer service properly
